Application Process Guide

Step 1

The first step is to find a property online on our website, if you find a property which you are interested in, then contact one of our property managers to arrange for a viewing. You can do this online or over the phone

There might be an open viewing date available in the description. Just read the description and follow the instructions.

We can’t rent you a property until we have shown it to you, online or in person. This is because we want to make sure the property is right for you.

 

Step 2

Once you have found a property you want to rent you will need to submit a tenancy application form, you need to fill in an application and send it to the property manager.

Please fill in all the details in the application form provided, scan it and send to it us along with a photo ID (Ex. Driver’s License). It is important you complete each section of the application in full, accurately, and honestly. We will process your tenancy application once we receive it, including performing background and credit checks

We will get back to you only if your application is successful.

Step 3

Once your application is successful, we let you know and arrange a meeting in the office to sign the tenancy agreements. Pay your bond and a week’s rent in advance on the day you sign the contract. We will schedule an initial inspection for the property along with the new tenant before handing over the keys

Step 4

On the move in day, the property manager will conduct a thorough inspection of the property and make a note of things and sign in a copy and gives to the tenant. The new tenants need to sign the property inspection report unless you agree to all the details in the property inspection report.

The property manager will hand over the keys to the new tenant.
